Shipping and returns

All orders are shipped via NZ Post from our home office in Piha, Auckland. We are happy to offer FREE tracked shipping worldwide.

Duties and Taxes

For some international customers, you might be charged duties or taxes by your local customs authority. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for all full-price products. However, the exchange must be lodged via email within 30 days of your order date. All products must be brand new with tags attached. Shipment of the goods to our address will be at a cost to the customer. If the product is worn or damaged, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer free of charge. Please contact us here to lodge an exchange request. 

Faulty items

If an item is faulty within six months of purchase, we will refund or exchange the item free of charge so long as it is deemed legitimately faulty by Lady Waves as the supplier. This does not include general wear and tear, snags on fabric due to sharp objects, or bleach marks from skincare or incorrect washing techniques. 

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds on sale items, however, if your item is deemed legitimately faulty, we can offer a store credit to the value in which you paid.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, you will first (when possible and appropriate) be offered a repair on your item. If repair is not possible, we will then provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us here to lodge a faulty item request. 

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, excluding public holidays. Customers will be provided with a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once the order has been shipped. 

If there are any stock discrepancies on your order, you will be notified and refunded immediately unless you are happy to wait for a restock. We apologise in advance if this happens. Refunds should be available in your account again within 24-48 hours, depending on your bank. 

All pre-orders are charged at the time of transaction. Orders will be shipped as soon as the stock is available. We will notify you via email if there are any unprecedented delays as quickly as possible. 

Lost Parcels

We do not take responsibility for lost parcels. However, we will do everything we can to work with you to identify where your package may have ended up. To minimise the risk of a parcel being lost, we encourage customers to double-check their address at checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to lodge an investigation through the relevant courier company on the parcel's whereabouts.

All discount codes and sale prices are issues in NZD. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
